for all the the idiots wondering why the gt 630 runs smoothly in gta 5, its because the graphics card came out in 2012, and gta 5 came out in 2013, so since there was not a gtx 1080 or RTX 3060-ti (wish i had one of those) Rockstar decided to optimize the gt 630 in that time.

Nah dude, its just ryzen bottleneck. This card would give you +30 fps with any Intel cpu, trust me.
