excellent tutorial. Thank you I only needed to change the battery. you saved me $100.
I just noticed that there is a crack at the headphone area of the back cover during its removal.
hi brother can u help me with my nokia lumia 1520 navigation bar is not working what have to don and how can solve it plz bro…..
Hello. Do you know where the 4 mics are located? Thx
you just gained a new sub ! very , very , very good video ! i have a nokia 1520 , and , from what ive read on the comments , im not the only one that cracked only the touch screen. i was advised to go for the whole replacement of the screen , and avoid removing only the touch screen , since its nearly impossible to remove and apply a new one , perfect !
My screen is fine but my capacitive buttons have stopped lighting up. They work but they go out. How can i fix?
Thanks for the great products and excellent video! – I have fixed 2 1520's with no problems. Just watch the video while you are replacing the screen- it is that easy!
my phone got run over by car. I opened it up and saw the right portion of the block around the top right corner smushed in a little bit. don't know what part that is but looks like it might be the cpu. I bought a battery and tried turning I on, no response. question iswill phone not turn on because the screen is messed up and back cover might not be touching appropriate locations on motherboard?
I am wondering how this screen is compared to the original Nokia screen. It looks much dimmer? Also does it use more battery. I have tried none original lcds before…. bad quality, lights leaking, dim and sucked the battery dry in no time.
my screen is just super dim like there is no backlight turning on
I followed your steps and almost everything went perfectly. My display is working fine, but the touchscreen not. but when i unplug and plug again the flat cable, the screen and touch screen works, however, if i turn off the phone and turn it on again, doesnt work the touchscreen again. So i need to do the same proceed, unplugg and plug the flat cable again. Do you know if this issue can be fixed somehow?
can I get a new battery?
If yes, so how to do it???
PLZ!!!!! You have to help me.
i would be thankful.
that first torx-screw under the sticker was super deep inside and when i tried to screw it all i got was pieces of metal stuck on the screwdriver… used a T2 screwdriver, didnt use any strength…
If I just want to replace my Screen Digitizer Panel instead of LCD, how should I do?
hi is there anyway possible for me to change just the digitizer and not the entire front panel like all the videos online is doing? i bought just the digitizer since my LCD was still intact and no one seems to go further than just changing the whole front panel together with the Digitizer and LCD.
Can you please make a video that describe how to totally disassemble all the component of the back cover of the Lumia 1520 and mount them into a new back cover that has no components?
Hey. Nice video.
Is it possible to replace only the broken glass and not the complete display?
