I'm not facing any issues with the phone. This is not my primary phone and my usage is very less. Yet, I had it for over a year I think and did not face any hanging problems.

Three ways I copy music from pc to my phone, 1. Remove the memory card and use a card reader, 2. Use data cable with Nokia suite 3. Use data cable without Nokia suite(mass transfer mode).
Use one of these and try.
I am using this phone from last month, and i'm unable to download music files and play them. I may be advised.
In call voice is loud. I did not face a situation where I had to struggle to hear the other party. Most of the time I use it at 8(out of 10 volume levels) which is sufficient for me. I will just say it is loud, but not so loud that you can clearly hear in high noise surroundings.
call quality is very good. I use this phone and did not face any issues.
I'm using this phone for last 10 months and found great. In the price range, this is the simplest full working steady phone i found.

how can u connect this phone to pc if it has no cable in the box? u need a special cable from nokia or a standar usb cable works also?
@hagolesh86 Groups features does exist and yeah you can assign a different tone and picture for each group.
@music2102 Bought it for Rs.3350/-, MRP mentioned on the box is Rs.3599/-

@hagolesh86 I will have acess to the phone only after two weeks, right now is not possible. The S40 devices I've seen so far do not support contact groups. So I think this will not too, unless Nokia adds this feature.
@hagolesh86 Hi, I'm not sure about the grouping ability at this point, but most probably it will not support.
Giving each sim a different ring is possible, this phone supports seperate ringtones for the sim cards.

@ijiopu Hi, Not the similar one, but there are videos of the actual X1-01 in my channel. Pls check them. X1-01 costs less than half of X2-02. As far as dual sim is concerned both are equal. X1-01 runs on S30 os while X2-02 runs on S40. If music, fm transmitter, fm antenna, bluetooth and camera are not important, then you can go for X1-01. X1-01 batter life is much better than x2-02. But all the features at the price make x2-02 a better value.

@ijiopu Hi, This is Dual Standby but not Dual Active. What this means is, you can have both sims in the phone and they BOTH ARE ACTIVE DURING STANDBY, any of them can make/receive a call/sms. But when one of them is in a call, the other will go offline. So if you make a call or answer a call on sim2, sim 1 will go offline. Once you hangup the call, sim 1 will again go online and both your sim cards are ready to make/receive a call.
